Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective

- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email, along with clear photos or videos of the product.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor color or design variations
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Process
- After verification of the issue, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable.
- Returned products must be unused and in original condition.
Refund Timeline
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.
