Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged
    • Product received is defective
    • Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email, along with clear photos or videos of the product.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

  • After verification of the issue, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Refund Timeline

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.
